Profusely illustrated with b/w reproductions of photographs and architectural drawings focusing on details of Tuscan architecture such as mantels, stairs, windows, loggias, doors, woodwork, ironwork, balustrades, as well as brick floors, tile roofs, well heads, stone gate posts, etc. Photographs and text by H. D. Eberlein, measured drawings by O. Reagan. Some light wear along edges of buckram binding and light scuffing on cover; very light fraying at head and tail of spine. Endpapers lightly sunned along edges with previous owner's names stamped to inside cover and front free endpaper. Very light foxing in margins of first few leaves. Good to very good condition.
