The contributions on the development of the settlement are by Josef Frank, its construction by Richard Bauer, various types of houses and apartments by Oskar Strnad, on harmony in architecture by Richard Neutra, among others. The houses and interiors depicted in the photographs include designs by Adolf Loos, Gerrit Rietveld, Josef Hoffmann, Josef Frank, Oskar Strnad, André Lurcat, Walter Sobotka, Julius Jirasek, Richard J. Neutra. Otto Breuer, Grete Schüttel-Lihotzky, among others. Contains eight pages of illustrated ads for lighting, furniture, linoleum, heating, etc. Text in German. Dustjacket with some wear along edges, closed tears and partially lose at lower spine at back cover, and inside back cover flap detached but present.
