Anadashram Sanskrit Series No.42, Krishna (Black) Yajurveda, Taittiriya Samhita recension, complete in eight parts, with commentary by 14th century Sanskrit Mimamsa scholar, Sayana. These are later printings of the set originally published between 1900 and 1905 by Anandashram Sanstha. The notable Pune-based institution and publisher was founded by Mahadev Chimanaji Apte in 1888, and is dedicated to the study and preservation of Sanskrit texts and language.

Binding with sunning to covers, and some rubbing and bumping to extremities. In some instances the paper covering on the boards has been lightly chipped or torn along the left side. Each volume with light markings in blue pen, at the top right corner of the front cover, indicating the volume number in Arabic numerals. Bindings tight. Interiors mostly clean throughout with only some periodic age toning to the edges of pages. Bindings in good- to good, interior in very good to very good+ condition overall. g- to vg+. Item #54127
