Festschrift for the members of the society on its one hundreds anniversary. The Festschrift was composed by Dr. Vogelstein based on old protocols and statutes. The task of the Charitable Society has been to support needy fellow believers in distress and illness, to provide children with a proper education, to grant adolescents with training to become craftsmen or merchants, and, in the last four decades, to extend yearly stipends for needy students. The Festschrifts includes a report of the activities, the statutes of the society, an appendix to the statutes, a list of the members who joined between 1809 and 1846. Text in German, Gothic script.
