Photographic documentation of a Long Beach single family home in eighteen full page back-to-back exterior and interior views in photogravure. The 5,383 square foot house was built in 1937. It contains seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, located at 703 E. Roosevelt Rd., Long Beach, and is currently appraised at $2 Million.
The album opens showing the front door with a wrought iron ornament and peek hole. It contains five additional photographs showing the exterior, five photographs of the courtyard/patio, six interior views of the furnished home, and one of a bedroom vanity. Very good condition. Item #51864
