Rebound in early 20th c. blue buckram, gilt lettered spine, light rubbing at hinges and extremities. Illustrated with a large folding table of Cornwallis' troop strength and duty roster at Yorktown, VA, as of October 18, 1781 (he surrendered to George Washington the following day). Folding table partially separated at one fold, and there is a small chip with loss of two words. Title page lightly tanned, but still a very good copy of this significant work illuminating (from the other side) Washington's final victory in the American Revolutionary War. Very good -.
