Missing half-title and title page, starting with six pages of preface, followed by plates II-V, plate II w/o printed captions, then pages 7 and 8 of preface, then descriptive leaf for plate VI, pages 7 and 8 of preface, blank leaf, then the table of plates and descriptive leaf of plate I and plate I, and finally plate VI.
All plates are matted with printed captions and numbering on mats. The images are printed in luminescent, high quality color offset with gilt overprint. The collection includes artistic renderings from various, mostly European regions, including plaques with altar imagery, a variety of hunting motifs, portable relics, coupled columns, cups with arches cover, cross scones, medallions, crosses, enamel plaques, a Eucharistic dove, a chandelier, incense shuttles, belt ornaments and other motifs.
