Includes thousands of categories of industries and trades and more than 20,000 detailed company descriptions. Arranged in a three-column format. An invaluable resource for information on the state of Polish manufacturing and industry shortly before the Holocaust and the Second World War. Titles in Polish, English, French and German on the spine, front cover and title page, as well as headings and section titles in all said languages. All other text in Polish.
Binding with gilt on front cover and spine rubbed and faded. Front hinge along spine cracked. Light rubbing to corners. Book block still fairly tight in, all things considered. Small dark stain to the side edge of the book block. Pages throughout quite clean, with some minor age toning to some edges and a few sporadic instances of library ink stamps in the margins. Binding in good-, interior in very good condition overall. Quite scarce. Binding portected in modern mylar. g- to vg. Item #51052
