Original half brown cloth over gilt decorated light tan linen of text volume, clamshell box with same binding and string ties, containing a light brown pamphlet with black and red lettering on cover and thirty leporellos, housed in brown cloth slipcase with black lettering on paper plate of cover.

Text volume with color lithograph frontispiece, title page printed in red and black with publisher's device. The text volume is illustrated with numerous line drawings. Volume two is a clamshell box in same binding as text volume, containing a pamphlet listing all thirty, beautiful leporellos with lithographic reproductions of papyri loosely placed into clamshell box.
