Designed by the painter Gustav Lüttgens. Tour guide published by the Bayreuth Tourist Office describing various hiking and sight-seeing tours in and around Bayreuth, including the Alexandersbad, the Castle of Banz, Bamberg, Coburg, Würzburg, Nürnberg, Marienbad, among others. Profusely illustrated with b/w photographs. Contains an add by the city of Leipzig, the birthplace of Richard Wagner, inviting to visit the city in the "Richard Wagner Memorial Year." There are some twenty pages of often photo-illustrated advertisements, including by the cities mentioned above. One page shows the train network around Bayreuth and two color folding maps indicating hiking trails and trips by car. Text in German. Wraps with light wear along edges.
