The publication is a memorial book for the late Aaron Grushkevitz (1920-1943), who died in WWII while serving in the U.S. military. The work was published by his parents, Arie Leib Grushkevitz (1897-1960) and his wife Itah, and is comprised of text of the family history and Aaron's life, as well as original documents and b/w reproductions after original photographs. Arie Leib Grushkevitz served as the first head of the local council of the town of Kiryat Motzkin in Israel, who's house now serves as the site of the town's historical museum.
