Dark blue cloth over illustrated grey and black textured buckram boards. Gilt lettering on the spine. The publication is a memorial book for the late Aaron Grushkevitz (1920-1943), who died in WWII while serving in the U.S. military. The work was published by his parents, Arie Leib Grushkevitz (1897-1960) and his wife Itah, and is comprised of text of the family history and Aaron's life, as well as original documents and b/w reproductions after original photographs. Arie Leib Grushkevitz served as the first head of the local council of the town of Kiryat Motzkin in Israel, who's house now serves as the site of the town's historical museum. Errata slip laid in on p.56. Illustrated image of US B-25 bomber of front cover.

Dust jacket sunned and in pieces, with spine detached but laid in in pieces at the interior front cover. Binding with some minor sunning to extremities and minor bumping to corners. Interior with some creases to a few pages throughout. Dj in poor, binding and interior in very good condition overall. Dust jacket and binding protected by modern mylar. poor to vg. Item #48111
