1.Haggadah: Small folio. 59 unpaginated double-sided unopened French fold leaves. Brown leather boards with gilt lettering on the front cover and spine. Illustrated debossed cutout on the front cover. Black ribbon marker.

2. "English Translation and Explanation of the Images". Softcover. Large square quarto. Unpaginated. Brown illustrated wraps with gilt and white lettering on the front cover. The work includes introductory text and commentary by Professor Shalom Sabar and Rabbi Shlomo Fox.

This is #154 of a limited edition of 360 copies hand-numbered and signed by the artist in pencil on the front free endpaper. The work is Avner Moriah's exquisite illustrated version of the the Passover Haggadah. Using mostly small scenes and vignettes, Moriah details the Passover story and exodus in a way that gives the impression of a history unfolding through time and enriches his book with celestial images, providing a cosmic scale to the proceedings. The book is decorated throughout with elaborate and detailed roundel designs, some of which are protected by vellum tissue guards. According to the artist, "the roundel motif is used frequently in the Haggadah to represent the circular repetition of Jewish history and life." The artist's watercolor painting, is beautifully and faithfully reproduced digitally on an Epson 9900 printer, with additional gold leaf over-painting, on Arsh paper.
