This copy is #72 from 100?, hand-numbered on the colophon on the interior back cover. This architectural prospectus was developed in accordance with the guidelines and objectives set forth in the 1976 "open-idea competition" for the planning and design of an integrated urban quarter, proposed by the "Association of Engineers and Architects in Israel" and the ITCC (International Technical Cooperation Centre). The group of architects, urban planners, and civil engineers who collaborated on the project was comprised of Arie Rahamimoff, Ahud Halevy, David Guggenheim, Ari Abrahami, Ilan Kleper, Nodri Gviniashvilli and Salme Rahamimoff. The site chosen was a hilly area directly north of the current city of Migdal Ha'Emek, in the Northern district of Israel. The publication is profusely illustrated throughout with b/w design sketches, urban planning maps, measured drawings, tables, charts and diagrams. Text throughout in both English and Hebrew.

Wrappers with some some minor to light rubbing, creases, and closed tears to extremities. Front cover with a few smudges and scratches, as well as some small pen markings at the top. Wrappers in very good-, interior in near fine condition overall. vg- to near fine. Item #47116
