Bartlett was a British artist, best known for his numerous steel engravings. Illustrated with twenty-six full-page, including frontispiece, and eighteen in-text steel engravings, including two maps, by Bartlett. Includes one b/w folding map of Arabia Petrae. Spine reinforced professionally with burgundy library tape with gilt lettering.
