Original illustrated wrappers bound in, one with Yiddish lettering in white, and the other with Spanish. Supplemental jubilee issue to mark the tenth anniversary of Buenos Aires Yiddish newspaper "Di Presse". Founded in 1918, and edited by European immigrants Pinie Katz and Pinie Wald, this daily paper which was among the leading publications of its kind in Argentina. Illustrated throughout with b/w photographic reproductions, including images of the staff and others associated with the newspaper. Graphically illustrated advertisements throughout.
Text throughout in Yiddish, with ads in Yiddish and Spanish.
Binding with some chipping, rubbing and bumping to extremities. Original wrappers with some smudges, chipping and tears. Interior with pages browned and brittle throughout.
