This book was published as an instructional guide to teach ballroom dancing to beginners. Written and published by award-winning German ballroom dancer and teacher Hans Guth. Guth had set up a successful dance studio in Tel Aviv after fleeing from Germany during the 1930s.
The work is illustrated throughout with graphics, drawings and a b/w photographic reproduction. Also included are a group of paper cutouts in the shape of feat, to accompany the text and instruction in the book (laid in at the front). Instructions for how to use the paper cutouts in the learning process are tipped in on the title page.
