First edition of French orientalist Clément Huart's two volume set "Histoire des Arabes" (History of the Arabs) from their origins in the 8th century, to the late 19th century.

This work is complete with its large folding map at rear of second volume. The map shows the Arab conquest in the middle of the 8th century.
