Elaborate gold, black and white photo-illustrated stapled wrappers, with black and white lettering on the front cover. The publication is an issue of the of the promotional supplement to the German weekly, Illustrierter Film-Kurier, promoting the release of the 1931 German film "Der Mann, der den Mord Beging" (The Man Who Murdered), directed by Kurt Bernhardt, and produced by Terra-Film. The drama film stars Conrad Veidt as the Marquis de Sévigné, an aristocrat who falls in love with a married woman. The booklet is profusely illustrated throughout with gorgeous b/w photogravure images and photomontage depicting scenes and characters from the film. Text throughout, including cast and crew credits, in German.
