The publication is issue #1803 of the of the promotional supplement to the German weekly, Illustrierter Film-Kurier, promoting the German release of the 1931 MGM production, "Hell Divers", starring Clark Gable and Wallace Beery. The booklet is profusely illustrated throughout (including the front and back covers) with b/w photogravure images and photomontage, depicting scenes and characters from the film. The exciting and dramatic naval aviation film was lauded for its arial cinematography and the contentious relationship between the leading men. It was director George W.
