Small Quarto. 95 (1)pp. Original gray illustrated wraps with white ruling and black lettering on cover. 49 striking full page photogravures, including covers, of German industrial sites and technical accomplishments. The front cover of this photographic jewel dedicated to the members of the "Second World Power Conference" is a photograph of Niklaus Friedrich's bronze statue "The Bow Bender" by W. Titzenthaler. The back cover a photograph of the airship "Graf Zeppelin" credited to Graphic Section of the Airship Building Company.

The gallery of photos starts with a photograph by Jaeger & Goergen of the German Museum of Masterpieces of Science and Engineering in Munich and is followed by a number of photographs depicting various locations relating to the coal industry, the gas industry and various power stations, the M.A.N. production facilities of marine Diesel engine, the Mauer Dam in Silesia, energy storage and distribution facilities, the electric train from Munich to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Wire-rope Aerial Railway at the 7,300 feet high Nebelhorn, machine construction plants, automobiles and trains, the giant ocean steamer "Europa" and the Do X, the largest flying boat in the world, and the framework of the "Graf Zeppelin" among other photographs. Some photographs have been provided courtesy of the respective companies whereas others are not credited at all. Brief descriptions of the respective motifs are provided on the opposite pages.
