A rare first edition of the Gospels of Matthew and John, of the Acts, and of the Epistle to the Hebrews of the Arabic translation, but in Hebrew characters. This work was intended for the Arabic-speaking Jews of Yemen, Egypt, Syria, and Mesopotamia, who, in their writing or reading used only the Hebrew characters.
