Illustrated with 48 beautiful, sepia-toned photogravures after photographs by Josef Sudek, a plan of the castle in Prague and some in-text b/w photographs, some reproductions of historical copperplate engravings. DJ with wear along edges, small tears and chips, three inch closed tear in upper left corner of jacket glued and reinforced with small square scotch tape at top, a 1/4 x 1 inch chip at bottom of back cover, and a closed 1 1/2 inch tear at bottom of spine. DJ with one half by four inches water stain at upper right front cover. Book block lightly age-toned. DJ in overall fair, binding and interior in good+ to very good condition. g+. Item #36402
