Sudek's first publication with texts in Czech by various authors featuring 120 full page photogravures in 7 parts: Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Mala Strana and Castle district, the Old Town, Vysehrad (historical fort), modern Prague, the suburbs and surroundings of Prague. Text in Czech, captions in Czech, German, French and English. Misnumbered in part II after page 8 but complete. Binding rubbed with light soiling and foxing on cover. Spine sunned. One inch closed tear at bottom of title page near gutter. Light age-toning of block not affecting images. Binding in fair to good, interior in good+ to very good condition. g+. Item #36401
