Decorative endpapers, turn-ins with gilt ruling. Frontispiece color tip-in. All but two of these 80 tipped-in sketches are reproduced without reduction. The sketches are grouped topographically, Foreign, Canadian, Irish, Scottish, and English, covering a span of years from 1863 to 1925. Binding darkened with some wear along edges and hinges at spine. Light foxing of endpapers. Previous owner's named inked to half-title. Burn-mark to lower part of book block and back cover at fore-edge throughout not affecting images, hardly even the pages itself.
