B) Minutes of the meetings, brief outlines of the discussions, statement pertaining to the interests of navigation as prepared by the Army members of the commission, statement of the problem as it affects national defense prepared by the Navy members of the Commission, and a brief of the report of the Division of Highways of the State of California. C) Report in full of the State Division of Highways, including maps and appendices. Includes in-text diagrams, one fold-out, maps, statistics, and an appendix of, and I quote, "Boring Data." At rear of report 27 b/w fold-out maps, diagrams, plans, technical drawings, and other survey data. Binding with name inked at top of cover and signature of Everett. L. Clark on title page. Creasing around edges and some rippling and staining of cover due to dampness exposure. Water stain visible from cover through page 66, not impairing legibility of text.
