Age wear and some staining on bindings. Wear on corners, abrasion near bottom front corner in two volumes. Two by six-inch piece of outer edge on frontispiece in "Kindervreugd en Kinderleed" missing, affecting outer area of image. Free front endpaper in each volume inscribed by previous owner, dated 1914, 1915 and 1916. Bottom corner in "Modertje" bumped slightly affecting pages throughout. Bindings in fair to good-, interior in overall very good condition. Unique lot of early 20th century Dutch children's books by Marie Leopold. Item #33656
