Four volumes containing a total of 160 exquisite samples of decorated handmade fusuma paper. Original multiple screen and colored block printing, some with additional pochoir. 60 samples on textured rice paper, and 100 on rice paper. Each sample is labeled on verso in Japanese. Fusuma is the paper used on sliding doors and shoji screens in traditional Japanese homes. A rich set, each volume being unique in color and pattern.

45 samples of Fusuma with a variety of patterns, from traditional Japanese patterns (Yaejimon 八重地紋, Asanokusa 麻の草, Karakusa 唐草, Ichimatsu 市松, Genroku moyou 元禄模様) to exotic Egyptian designs inspired by the pyramids.

Consists of 55 samples of Fusuma with modern Japanese styles such as Rakusuishi 樂水紙, Bunkashi (vinyl-coated paper) 文華紙, Hoshoushi 奉松紙, Shin-danshi 新檀紙.

Consists of 25 samples of Fusuma. 16 samples were woven in the Nanako-ori technique 斜子織 or 七々子織, and Nami Shifu (standard paper textile) 並紙布 was used for 9 samples.
Vol.4: Nishiki Nanako-ori にしき七々子織 襖地御見本
Consists of 34 samples of "affordable Fusuma material" woven in Nishiki Nanako-ori technique にしき七々子織.
