Forty plates, title- and content pages resting in quarter-cloth over paper-covered boards portfolio with printed cover label. Two folding flaps detached but present, lacking third flap. Plates show measured drawings of woodwork from buildings in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Georgia. Two plates depict woodwork at the former United States Branch Bank, No. 15 on Wall Street in New York City. The drawings by H. W. Waldron Faulkner were exhibited in the American Wing of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1925. Age wear, sunning and some staining on portfolio. Minor age toning to outer edges of plates.
