Krotkaya (A Gentle Creature or The Meek One) is a short story by Russian writer & novelist, Fyodor Dostoyevsky. First published in 1876, the story chronicles the relationship between a pawnbroker and a girl that frequents his shop. This limited edition includes eleven captivating decorative initials, which are original etchings by Geiger (all initialed by him). Text in German, gothic script.
