This report was first presented on March 14th, 1906 at the Kaiserliche Akademie der Wissenschaften in Wien. Minor staining on front board, slight rubbing on corners. Victor Aptowitzer was a late 19th and early 20th century eastern European Talmudic scholar. He taught at the Israelite Theologischen Lehrenstalt before emigrating to Palestine right before the start of World War II.
