Overall exterior shows age wear and tear, scuffing of edges and corners. On front and back endpapers stamps of "Wallace Neff, Pasadena Calif." Wallace Neff (1895 – June 8, 1982) was an architect based in Southern California and was largely responsible for developing the region's distinct architectural style referred to as "California" style. Table of Content has been annotated where a plate is missing or out of sequence. Introduction in Italina and French.
