Riefenstahl started scuba diving in her seventies and because of a fear of not being accepted as a student told her diving instructor that she was in her sixties when she signed up to get certified. The book is profusely illustrated with full-and double page color photographs of marine life such as lion and parrot fish, tube sponges, star and fire coral. The pictures were taken off the coast of Kenya, the Red Sea and the Caribbean. Contents also include chapters on how the author was introduced to diving and her experience getting certified.
