Sporadic tears to spine. Corners bumped and worn. Abrasion and scuffing to covers. Several small pieces of leather missing from front cover. Marbled endpapers. Right front endpaper almost completely detached. Seven-inches on leaves along tail of spine through page i heavily chipped. Tiny burn mark at bottom edge of front endpaper through page xv. Sporadic foxing throughout not affecting text or plates. Water staining to bottom page edges starting on page 575 throughout last page not affecting text or plates.
