All but one design are featured on two pages with a photograph of the exterior on the left, Henry T. Child in plate, floor plans and descriptive text on the facing page, including estimated price. The last design is printed to one page of glossy paper containing photographic image, floor plans and descriptive text. The first two designs illustrate one story villas, all others are designed with two stories and with respective floor plans for each floor. The designs included here are Nos. 1002, 1001, 923, 924, 925, 926, 927, 928, 929, 930, 931, 932, 899, 901, 903, 904, 910, 912, 915, 917, 918, 919, and 920 in that order. The second floor plan for the two story villas is tipped in.

The descriptive text in this prospectus alludes to the origin of some designs and describes the respective villas in detail, including materials proposed for the interior as well as the structure, the heating method, the ceiling heights and an estimate for the cost of fireproofing. The designs range in size from approximately 3,000 to 8,000 square feet and the estimated prices for these villas in 1936 from sixteen to one-hundred and fifty thousand Dollar.
