Collection of photographs depicting street life, demonstrations and some night club scenes, including eight color photographs, three of the double page. The book is w/o text; except cover and page following the title page "All photographs were taken on 1960 (Showa 35), Japan, in English and Japanese. Showa represents the period of the reign of emperor Hirohito (1926-1989). Born in 1940, Sawatari is best known for his fashion and advertising photography as well as his nudes of girls and women.
