Title page with decorative frame. Report from the 13th to the 15th year. Tipped-in message encouraging donations, printed to orange paper slip. Verso of title page with information on organization and program on inside front cover, including printed message announcing admission of patients of all rites. Facing page with offset reproduction of b/w photograph depicting the hospital. The pamphlet contains a report and a chronicle of the hospital, the balance sheet for the 13th to the 15th year of operation and statistics regarding patients. This is followed by a report on the activities of the "Schaare Zedek-Hospital by Dr. Willy Hoffmann assistant at the Royal University Clinic, Berlin. Finally, a section on the stipulations of the foundation with a b/w photograph showing a room in the male station of the hospital. Two pages list donors for existing facilities of the hospital and the Honorary Fonds operated by Chief Rabbi Dr. Feitchenfeld, respectively by Dr. Israel Roos. The last three pages contain printed correspondence various political and medical institutions. Text in German. Pamphlet with vertical fold. Very good condition. Item #49850
