Paris: [S.N.P.], 1945. First edition. Softcover. Quarto. 46pp. [2]. Photo-illustrated wrappers, with red and white lettering on the covers. This special issue of the Le Magazine de France, is a post war expose of Nazi war crimes and was issued in conjunction with the exhibition "Crimes Hitlériens"*. *In June of 1945 the French government mounted the exhibition "Crimes Hitlériens" to expose the French public to the true horrors of the Nazi regime. The exhibition was a massive endeavor, filling 29 rooms of the Grand Palais in Paris, including recreations of concentration camp boxcars and a crematorium. Like this special issue, the exhibition also contained information about the crimes and collaboration of the Vichy government.
