Self-published, n.d. Limited edition. Box. Wood clamshell box, with metal fastener, approx. 8x8". Metal plate with black lettering on the top of the box. 16 loose plates, protected by tissue paper. A collection of 15 b/w photographic prints on heavy stock matte paper, documenting the state of Burmese refugees in Thailand, by American photographer Morgan Hagar. Each plate measures 7x 7 3/4", and is hand-signed and captioned in ink below, by the photographer. The initial title plate contains introductory text by Hagar on the verso. The box also contains an signed note from the photographer to prominent Los Angeles photo dealer and gallerist Stephen Cohen (1948-2021), in a small envelope.
