This scarce promotional publication is illustration throughout with 31 b/w photographic reproductions after striking images of the the recently completed Hoover Dam (originally named Boulder Dam until 1947) and its environs. There are no photography credits listed. The images display various aspects of the dam and the power plant (including before and after photos), Lake Mead, the surrounding desert landscape, Boulder City, and even one image of Las Vegas. All images are captioned. Additional informative text about the dam is printed on the back cover. Wrappers with light rubbing to extremities.
