A historical and scholarly study of Hebrew lyric poetry in the years 1882-1910 by Russian born-Israeli, writer, literary scholar and archaeologist Nahum Slouschz (1872-1996). This work was completed while he was living in France, teaching Hebrew literature at the University of Paris, and was a further development on the thesis published by the author under the title "Renaissance de la Littérature Hébraïque" (1903).
