1. Zum Passafest 1915: ein Gruß an die jüdischen Soldaten im deutschen Heer. Octavo. 15 (1)pp. Original tan illustrated wraps with black lettering on cover. The pamphlet contains a Psalm translated by Dr. Paul Rieger, quotes on Pesach from Deuteronomy and Jeremiah, and excerpt on the Exodus from Egypt, II. Book of Moses, a sermon on freedom by Rabbi Dr. Emil Cohn-Bonn, an excerpt from the Pesach Haggadah, and various other quotes from psalms, the II. Book of Moses and from the prophet Isaiah. Text in German, Gothic script. Minor wear. Overall in very good+ condition.

Octavo. 31 (1)pp. Contributions by Dr. Italiener, Field Rabbi in the 7th Army, Dr. Sali Levi, Field Rabbi in the 10th Army, Dr. Reinhold Lewin, Field Rabbi in the 3rd Army, Dr. Sänger, Field Rabbi in the 11th Army, Dr. Wilde, Field Rabbi in the 4th Army, Dr. Bärtwald and Dr. Chone, both Field Rabbis in the 6th Army, Dr. Emil Levy, Field Rabbi in the 2nd Army, Dr. Arthur Levy, Field Rabbi in the 9th Army, Dr. Sonderling. Field Rabbi in the Army of the Niemen, and Dr. Salzberger, Field Rabbi in the 5th Army. The contributions generally are designed to further the moral strength of the soldiers, including contributions on divine services, Yom Kippur 1914, and the "The bright side of war" by Dr. Sonderling. Text in German Gothic script. Light wear along edges of wraps, light creasing and foxing along edges. Good+ condition.

Octavo. 15 (1)pp. The pamphlet contains contributions by Rabbis Dr. Jampel-Schwedt, Dr. Hannover-Cöln, Hugo Zuckermann, Josifja, and Ferdinand Freiligrath, including topics as the Exodus from Egypt, on Seder, and adaptation of Chad gadja, and from Rabbinic literature - Mirjam's song. Text in German, Gothic script. Very light foxing along edges of wraps and lightly age-toned. Very good condition. g+ to vg+. Item #46965
