Article one describes the community and its members, article two the representatives and the administration, article three the committees, article four the paid officers, article five the bookkeeping, and article six general stipulations. Contains list of board members at rear, Magnus, Baswitz, Heymann, Jacoby, Cohn, Liebermann, Oeastreich, and the official text confirming the statute, signed State minister [Eduard Heinrich von] Flotwell. The Jewish community in Berlin was granted the status of a public corporation in 1847. Text in German, Gothic script. Wraps reinforced with slim patch of blue library tape.
