Special edition of 240,000 by the NS-Press of the district (Gau) Hessen-Nassau. Scathing propaganda publication against Bolsheviks on the 20th anniversary of the Russian Revolution with introductory motto by Adolf Hitler taken from his speech at the Reichsparteitag in 1936.

Contributions by Dr. Joseph Goebbels, Secretary of State Freiherr Konstantin von Neurath, General Erich Ludendorff, the Secretary of the 1st Anti-Bloshevik World Congress Nils von Bahr, Benito Mussolini, General Francisco Franco, the head of the British Union of Fascists and National Socialists Sir Oswald Mosley, the head of the Chinese Department of Culture Lin Tsiu-Sen, the Swedish explorer Sven Hedin, the Japanese Ambassador Count Mushakoji, and many others.

The articles tout Hitler as the savior of Europe, praise the NSDAP as the garant of freedom in the fight against the "International of Horror," condemn the "nihilists at work" w/ a photograph of the assassination of Russian Prime Minister Pyotr Stolypin at the Kiev opera on September 14, 1911, declare the Bolshevik culture as degenerate art, respectively "dirt and trash," portrait Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg's Spartakus as murdering hordes terrorizing Berlin, celebrate Mussolini's victory, elaborate on Moscow's role in the Spanish Civil War, Moscow's influence in Africa, Latin America , the USA and Asia, among others.

Mussolini's contribution focuses on Genrikh Yogoda, the head of the Soviet intelligence service and secret police GPU, General Franco gives an interim report on the state of the Civil War in Spain, and Sir Oswald Mosley on the Soviet tactics to conquer the world. A special page is reserved for caricatures taunting Russian life under Soviet rule, headlined "Humor under the Gallows," accompanied by an acrimonious article on Russian everyday life. Articles on the propaganda value of Russian film, the fight against god and church, the catholic youth, and women as the slaves of Soviet society are other examples in this horrid attack on the Bolsheviks. The final article claims that the preconditions for the Soviet attempt to dominate the world are supplied by a Jewish lobby.
