* Author anonymous. "by the author of Knights of the Frozen Sea, Missionary Anecdotes, etc." Perhaps this is one of the many books written anonymously by Robert Benton Seeley (1798-1886) of the publishers "Seeley, Jackson and Halliday". The work is scarce and there is very little information about who the author might be.
