Sewn black string-tied binding. The book contains a catalog of 99 art deco paint samples from W.P. Fuller & Co. along with design recommendations for how to use colors for exteriors and interiors of various types of homes. Styles of homes include Colonial, Cape Cod Cottage, Southern California Spanish, and Tudor. Bound into four main sections, the book is organized by areas of the house, with each leaf on glossy black and gold heavy card stock. Each of the recommendations is accompanied by mounted color plate rendering (a total of 59). Each of the actual color sample leaves is protected by a tissue guard. The final sections include an index and 18 pages of directions for using the products, including antiquing, glazing, barn & roof paint, painting decks, felt roofs, lacquering floors, treating linoleum, staining shingles and painting furniture. Includes an illustrated double-sided loose leaf, with instructions for applying textone glaze, laid in at the front.

Interior with some smudges and light scratches to the leaves throughout. Images mostly unaffected and clean. Some light bumping and creases to some leaves.
