The art magazine "XXe Siècle" was published until the death of Gualtieri di San Lazzaro in 1974 at a rate of two issues per year. The magazines, dedicated exclusively to the latest trends in contemporary art, were profusely illustrated, published in a large hardcover format on high quality paper and included embedded original lithographs by the leading artists of the 20th century.
This issue is devoted to the major art exhibitions in France and abroad, and contains the second part of an essay on real imaginary. It is complete with its 2 original lithographs by Man Ray and Matta.
