This second edition of Becker and Obermayer's "Modern Dermatology and Syphilology" has been revised and brought up to date.
Indeed, the use of dioxan is described. The chapter on dermatologic therapy has been enlarged. Modern vehicles developed for the preparation of remedies for local use are discussed. Vitamins, penicillin, the sulfanomides, pigmentary dermatoses, trophic and deficiency diseases and a new chapter on lepra are noteworthy additions.
