The book is a "parchment library edition" of the acclaimed work by Tennyson, printed by the Chiswick Press on arches paper. The poem serves as a memorial tribute to the deceased poet Arthur Henry Hallam, a close friend of Tennyson, and is written in iambic tetrameter. Binding with some smudges, scratches and light spotting. Interior with some light offsetting to the endpapers, and ex-libris at the interior front cover.
