Illustrated with 19 full page steel engravings , including one fold out map, and numerous in-text illustrations and tables. List of illustrations at front and eight pages of valuable publications at rear. Binding rubbed with some staining and chips along edges and corners. Spine missing though front and back cover still attached to binding, back only at bottom. Most steel engravings with foxing, some missing tissue guards.
