Die jüdischen Richter und Staatsanwälte Heft 2: Landgericht II und III und Kammergericht Berlin

Contains overview and and explanation of symbols and abbreviations used in this pamphlet. The pamphlet is subtitled "Genealogical evidence about the Jewish Judiciary Officers and those under Jewish control in Germany (Ein familienkundlicher Nachweis über die jüdischen und verjudeten Justizbeamten in Deutschland)." It was published by the circle of friends and sponsors of the German Information Bureau (Kreis der Freunde und Förderer der Deutschen Auskunftei) and covers the District Courts II and III as well as the Superior Court in Berlin.

The man behind the "Deutsche Auskunftei" was Achim Gercke, a German biologist and "expert for race research" in the Reichs-Ministry of the Interior. Starting in 1925 he researched and is said to have published eight pamphlets on his own behalf listing Jewish Professors and those under the control of Jews at German Universities as well as Justices at German Courts. His research later became the genealogical basis for the discharge of these professionals based on the "Law for the Restoration of the German Officialdom (Gesetz zur Wiederherstellung des Berufsbeamtentums)" of April 7, 1933. By 1932 Gercke had collected a file of app. 400,000 entries on Jews in Germany. This file was named "Archiv für berufsständische Rassenstatistik (Archive of Professional Race Statistics)" and was renamed "NS-Auskunft (NS-Disclosure)" in 1931.
